Types of orientators:

SORT-GAP

It is a particularly good orientator for compatible dolcegusto coffee capsules and the like. It consists of a collection hopper, a brush elevator, a perforated lath orientation unit and a ventilated air conveyor.

SORT-RAIL

It is a particularly good orienter for compatible Nespresso coffee capsules or objects that have a collar, such as preforms. It consists of a collection tank, a brush elevator, a track orientation unit, a multi-track ventilated air or brush conveyance

SORT-CAP

It is an orientator for plastic caps, consisting of a collection tank, an elevator, a brush orientation unit on an inclined plane, and a single-track belt conveyor.
Orientation by brushes takes place on the exit track.

SORT-R

It is a plastic cap orienter that operates sorting by means of roller brushes. In its simplest configuration it is very well suited to low flow rates. Caps are loaded directly into the hopper without elevator, and come out on a row already oriented.

It is an orientator for caps and hollow objects, which uses the action of a movable and inclined bristle mat to orient objects. It uses a rather wide selection front, so it is possible to direct relevant flow rates even on many tracks.
